Paradigm Algo licenses automated trading software. It is not a fund, not a managed account, not a signal service, and not an advisory relationship.

The software runs on your own platform, in your own brokerage account, at a brokerage in the United States. You install it, you start it, and you stop it. Paradigm Algo cannot hold, pool, access or view your funds and holds no trading authority over your account.

Paradigm Algo does not provide individualized investment advice, does not manage accounts, and does not have trading authority. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a solicitation.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding contract. The software requires an account at a United States brokerage; enquiries from outside the United States are generally declined unless you hold a qualifying US brokerage account.

There is a minimum account size. It is not a preference — it derives from how deep the system's worst tested stretch has gone. Below it, an ordinary drawdown becomes an account-ending one.

The licence is a one-time fee, held for life with updates, plus a maintenance fee. There is no management fee, no performance fee, no percentage of assets and no payout gate.

The fee is disclosed on the consultation call before any payment is taken. The full written licence agreement is provided before you pay anything.

A twelve-month refund window applies, conditional on running the system for the full period and producing trade logs. It refunds the licence fee, not trading losses. Full detail is on the Refund Policy page and in the licence agreement.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose more than your initial investment. Paradigm Algo has no live trading record; what exists is a validated reconstruction, and past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

You are responsible for your brokerage account, your platform, your hardware and connection, your risk settings, and every order placed in your account.

You are responsible for deciding whether to run the software on any given day and for the consequences of running or not running it.

The software, its rule set, documentation and all Paradigm Algo materials remain the property of Paradigm Algo. The licence grants use; it does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit redistribution, resale, reverse engineering or disclosure of the rule set to third parties.

J.P. Morgan and Broadway Trading are named to describe prior work experience only. Neither is affiliated with Paradigm Algo, and neither sponsors, endorses, or reviews this system.

Topstep and NinjaTrader are independent firms, unaffiliated with Paradigm Algo. Broker and platform names indicate compatibility only; no partnership or endorsement is implied.
