Paradigm Algo
Risk Disclaimer

Read this before you licence anything. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
01You can lose money, including more than you deposit
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose more than your initial investment. Futures are leveraged instruments; adverse price movements can produce losses exceeding the funds you have committed.
Paradigm Algo does not guarantee any outcome and makes no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses of any kind.
02There is no live trading record
Paradigm Algo has no live trading record. What exists is a validated reconstruction — the system run against recorded market data on a replay basis, excluding commissions.
That is evidence about method. It is not evidence about money. A reconstruction excludes commissions, slippage and real fills, and live trading should be expected to perform below simulation.
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
03Hypothetical and simulated performance
CFTC Rule 4.41: hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, results may under- or over-compensate for the impact of factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
[COUNSEL: confirm the full prescribed 4.41(b)(1)(i) statement is reproduced verbatim wherever any simulated figure is presented, and that placement satisfies the immediate-proximity requirement.]
04The system loses on a large share of days by design
A small stop-out is the designed risk unit and occurs frequently. Losing days and losing stretches are an expected part of operating the system, not a malfunction.
The system cannot avoid losing periods, cannot predict market direction, and is not guaranteed to continue working. Market conditions change and any rule set can stop being effective.
05You operate it. We cannot intervene
The software runs in your own brokerage account, on your own platform. You start it and you stop it. Paradigm Algo cannot access, view, hold or pool your funds, and holds no trading authority over your account.
That also means Paradigm Algo cannot intervene on your behalf — including if you switch the system off during a drawdown, or if your platform, connection or hardware fails while a position is open.
06No advice
Paradigm Algo licenses software. It does not provide individualized investment advice, does not manage accounts, does not have trading authority, and cannot hold, pool, access or view client funds.
Nothing on this website or in any Paradigm Algo material is investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a solicitation. Consider your own circumstances and seek independent advice before trading.
