Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01What we collect

When you complete the qualification questions we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, together with your answers to the seven questions — including the capital range you select.

We do not collect account numbers, brokerage credentials, government identification or payment card details through this website.

When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details required to create the appointment.

02Session recording and analytics

This site uses Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors interact with the site — including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page navigation — and reconstructs those interactions as session recordings and heatmaps. We use this to understand which parts of the site are confusing and where people leave.

Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into form fields is not captured in recordings. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

[PLACEHOLDER: if a Meta pixel is enabled, disclose it here — what it collects, that it supports advertising measurement and audience building, and how to opt out.]

03Why we collect it

To determine whether the product is a fit for you before a call, to contact you about the call you requested, to run and improve this website, and to measure which advertising produces enquiries.

[COUNSEL: state the lawful basis for each purpose if any visitor may be in a jurisdiction where one is required.]

04Who it is shared with

Your contact details and answers are stored in our customer relationship system, [CRM PROVIDER], and are accessible to Paradigm Algo personnel who contact you about your enquiry.

Scheduling is handled by [SCHEDULER PROVIDER]. Analytics is handled by Microsoft Clarity. Payments, where taken, are handled by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] — Paradigm Algo does not receive or store your card details.

We do not sell your personal information.

05Where it is held and for how long

[PLACEHOLDER: hosting and data residency — the site is served from a global CDN and the CRM stores data in [REGION].]

[PLACEHOLDER: retention period for enquiry records and session recordings. Clarity's own retention is set in the project configuration.]

06Your choices

You can ask us to provide, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the booking page. Where the law gives you additional rights, we will honour them.

You can opt out of Clarity by using a browser that blocks it or by enabling Global Privacy Control. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to use this site or to book a call.

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

07SMS and email

If you provide a phone number, you may receive messages about the call you booked — confirmations and reminders.

[PLACEHOLDER: A2P consent language, if SMS is used. Standard form: consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.]

08Cookies

[PLACEHOLDER: list the cookies actually set — Clarity, the CRM, the scheduler, and any advertising pixel — with purpose and duration for each. Do not publish a generic cookie list; describe what this site actually sets.]

09Contact

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
